JOIN THE FLIGHT CLUB TEAM
Flight Club is the world’s #1 sneaker marketplace. We serve high-demand sneakers and sports apparel to thousands of customers each day -- both online and between our two retail locations in New York and Los Angeles. With a thriving consignment network, we also receive and review hundreds of sneakers by mail and in store daily. We’re looking for the right people to join our in-house teams on the selling floor and in the stock room to keep this immensely active workplace fully operational.
If you think you’re a good fit for the Flight Club team, we want to hear from you. Send a copy of your résumé and a brief cover letter to email@example.com.
A Flight Club Sales Associate is responsible for greeting and helping the diverse mix of customers that enter the store each day. From tourists on vacation to experienced sneaker shoppers, our Sales Associates are on the frontline of communication, tasked with helping customers locate the items they want and in the sizes they need, all while displaying high standards of professionalism.
The Flight Club stock room is extensive, leveled, meticulously organized -- and it needs people who can multitask while maneuvering through the spaces. Our Stock Associates are responsible for simultaneously serving sneakers up to in-store customers on the selling floor and locating items for the hundreds of online orders Flight Club ships and fulfills every day. It is a non-stop job that requires communication and attention to detail.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
A typical day in customer service at Flight Club involves answering a constant flow of phone calls, responding to various customer inquiries via email, and processing a high volume of daily orders for the shipping department. It requires excellent time management and follow-up skills, efficient communication with all departments throughout Flight Club, and an upbeat and energetic attitude that never falters, regardless of the challenges each day presents. Familiarity with FileMaker is a plus, ability to work well under pressure is a must.
