SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.
Delivery and processing speeds vary by pricing options. "Lowest Price" orders may ship to Flight Club first for verification and typically take 7-12 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) to reach buyers located in the 48 contiguous states. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 3-4 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) for a "Fastest To You" item, ordered before 11:00 AM local time with standard delivery, to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. For “Fastest To You” items ordered after 11:00 AM local time with standard delivery, it will take 4-5 business days to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states.
Depending on your item's location, one of our preferred partners can fulfill your order using their next day delivery option. Our partners include, but are not limited to, FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS.
Carrier next day delivery is an option for “Fastest To You” items available only to buyers located in the 48 contiguous states, excluding PO boxes and military bases. It will typically take 1 business day for a “Fastest To You” item ordered before 2 PM ET with carrier next day delivery to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. It will typically take 2 business days for a “Fastest To You” item ordered after 11:00 AM local time with carrier next day delivery to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. Estimated delivery times do not apply to international orders, which vary by country.
The delivery estimates above are also applicable to items shipped to one of our retail locations for store pickup within the contiguous US.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been delivered.
For store pickup items, you will have 14 days to collect your order after being notified of its delivery. If you fail to collect your item within 14 days, you will need to arrange for your item to be shipped to another address. These items will incur the standard cost of shipping.
RISK OF LOSS
Flight Club is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the United States.
If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will assist you by filing a claim with the carrier, provided that the package was not delivered to a freight forwarder and the loss did not occur after the package was dropped off by the carrier.
We may require you to sign and return an affidavit, verify your identity through a third-party service provider and/or file a police report before reviewing your claim. We will credit your account at our discretion and as required by applicable law. Claims may be denied for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Proof of Delivery: There is evidence of delivery, such as a signature or photographs.
- Incorrect Address: The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, resulting in an undelivered package.
- Late Claims: Claims must be submitted within 14 days. Any claims filed after this period may be denied.
- Suspicious Activity: There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, particularly if there is a pattern of similar claims.
- Insufficient Evidence: The claim lacks necessary documentation or proof to support the request.
Please note that for buyers located in the US, site credit issued as part of a refund expires exactly one year after its issue date, unless otherwise specified.
CANCELLATIONS
If your order is eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it by locating your order through “Track My Order” or “My Account” on FlightClub.com, clicking “Cancel Order,” and then following the instructions provided.
Please note that you will not be able to cancel an order if it has already been confirmed by the seller, if it is a non-sneaker item, if it is a ‘Fastest to You’ item, if the order was placed using the “Offer” feature, or if more than three hours have elapsed since the order was placed.
If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create a Flight Club account to manage or cancel your order.
RETURNS
The following return policy is effective as of Friday, May 8, 2026. Orders placed before May 8 will not be eligible for return.
We accept returns on New In Box and New No Box purchases made on Flightclub.com that are in the same condition as when shipped, subject to the exclusions set forth in the following paragraph. Please try on your items carefully, as returns may be rejected if an item is creased or otherwise altered. Flight Club will not honor any claims once the Flight Club hang tag has been removed.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any items listed as ‘Final Sale,’ which includes apparel items, special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release), used items, items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, and items purchased in-store at one of our retail locations. All Final Sale purchases are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law or in the case of a defective or inauthentic item.
If you discover an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue but no later than thirty days from receipt of your item. Please note that failure to contact us with any issue within thirty days of receipt of your item may result in the denial of your return request. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request. Return requests submitted after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted pursuant to our Shipping and Returns Policy. To initiate a return, please submit a request.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued in the form of site credit, less the shipping costs to and from you and any priority processing fee paid. Site credit may only be applied toward purchases made on Flightclub.com, except as otherwise required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
Please note that returns for Ship to Store orders must be shipped back to us and cannot be processed in-store.
Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is issued. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the returned item, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests. Evaluation criteria include the following: Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by us. Returns will not be processed without a Flight Club return label and packing slip.
Item(s) must be in the same condition as when sent by us, including but not limited to: same item, no damage, original tags attached, no creases resulting from try-on and/or wear, no sole wear, and all original packaging included.
Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 business days of receiving your return label.
For buyers located in the US: A return processing fee of up to 15% of the item's price may also apply. Please be advised that the return processing fee may vary depending on item popularity, time of return, or past account activity. Site credit issued as part of a refund expires one year after the date of issuance, except for orders with a shipping address in the following states: CA, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, NC, NE, NV, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI.
Make sure to only include the item(s) to be returned in your shipping box. We will be unable to return any additional items included with your return.
